When Can You Request an Exchange?

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product
  • The weight, pack size, or variation does not match your order
  • You report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and additional items must be included
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for exchange

Pre-order and special items are eligible for exchange only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
