When Can You Request an Exchange?
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product
- The weight, pack size, or variation does not match your order
- You report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product

Exchange Process

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and additional items must be included
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for exchange
